Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 1. Ownership of Business Management, Pricing and Planning functions for OEM customers
- Build account strategy, playbook, deal structure, LTA
- Lead overall pricing strategy and communicate pricing guidance and positioning to sales team/customers to drive deal closure
- Work cross‑functionally to develop long‑term business models that enable strategic sourcing, fab planning and supply chain decisions years ahead
- Create business forecasts based on supply situation, sales inputs, financial metrics, new product introduction and other considerations
- Work closely with finance, business execution, sales ops team to track business risk, shipment linearity, fill rate and other operational metrics
- Collaborate with sales team and product team on competitive analysis, product roadmap and product strategy
- 2. Lead initiatives for new markets/businesses
- Bring in market insights and work cross‑functionally to develop actionable business plans
- Identify unique business model to be successful in new markets
- Develop customer/vertical level portfolio and pricing strategy
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
Master, MBA preferred - 7+ years of experience in business marketing, operation, planning or strategy functions; experience in storage or other related semiconductor markets preferred
- Understanding of NAND Flash products, trends, pricing, and markets is a plus

- Strong proficiency in analytics
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional global teams in multiple time zones

- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, ability, knowledge of the job, performance, contribution, results, geographic location, shift, internal and external equity, and business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in those states. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk’s Short‑Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on the role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity.
