• Manage end‑to‑end logistics accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and identifying opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with software engineers to translate financial expertise into automated solutions
• Develop and implement scalable operational workflows
• Analyze intricate financial data and address exceptions requiring human judgment
• Create detailed process documentation for current operations and future automation efforts
• Serve as a liaison between the technical team and accounting operations, effectively communicating across disciplines
• Provide valuable insights to shape our product roadmap based on operational experience

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a systematic approach to complex processes
• Comfortable learning new software systems quickly and proficient in Excel and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and a strategic mindset

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain finance
• Knowledge of RPA tools such as UIPath, Power Automate, etc.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems, specifically in logistics or transportation
• Understanding of TMS systems like McLeod, Descartes, Tai, Revenova, Mercury Gate, Oracle Transportation Manager (OTM), etc.
• Proven track record of process improvement or automation
• Project management experience
• Understanding of API or EDI integrations and financial software systems
