We are hiring professionals who can efficiently manage business operations and support online marketplaces while ensuring seamless execution across websites and international e-commerce platforms.
Work is aligned with sprint cycles, structured workflows, and performance-driven execution rather than traditional corporate processes.
1. Operations Executive / Operations Coordinator / Operations AssociateKey Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects and processes.
- Monitor workflows, task progress, and operational timelines.
- Maintain operational documentation, reports, and process records.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with HR, Product, Marketing, and Management teams for operational coordination.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and timelines.
- Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and execution.
- Work within sprint-based workflows while meeting defined KPIs and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or any other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or process management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Experience using productivity tools such as Click Up, Trello, Notion, Jira, Huly, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across company websites and international e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product content, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure listing accuracy.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams for new product launches.
- Handle order processing, catalog management, and inventory synchronization.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational standards.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and digital merchandising activities.
- Optimize product visibility using marketplace best practices.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, product health, and operational metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, E-commerce, or any other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience managing websites and online stores.
- Experience working with international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of product catalog management, inventory systems, and order fulfillment.
- Understanding of SEO for product listings and digital merchandising is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
