The Solidarity and Civic Engagement Division is looking for an intern to support the team in operational management and communication around the defined action plans. The intern will tackle various topics that will allow them to develop skills and practical experience in the deployment of a sponsorship policy and employee engagement at an international group level.

• Support in the preparation, implementation, and communication of the internal call for projects deployed in all Group entities (digital inclusion and education)
• Contribution to the deployment of the employee civic engagement program: support to country teams, promotion of actions carried out, Group campaign.
• Monitoring of topics related to digital inclusion, digital education (regulation, benchmark, publications) and sponsorship; identification of initiatives or potential partners to develop employee civic engagement in the different entities.
• Support in the preparation of internal meetings; creation and layout of presentations (F/ENG)
• Support in the consolidation of reporting (data countries)
• Contribution to the writing of the annual sustainability report (CSRD)
• Participation in the organization of events (webinars, presentations of impact studies, etc): coordination of content and logistics
• Contributions to cross-functional projects complementary to the Group's CSR policy.

Note:

The tasks will be adapted according to the evolving needs of the CSR management team and the recruited profile to allow you to invest and learn about topics that interest you while concretely supporting the team you are joining.

You are a student in Master 1 or 2 in a field specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sponsorship, and/or project management (non-exhaustive list).

You have training/experience in project management and/or communication/event planning and ideally have general knowledge or experience in the associative sector, social and solidarity economy, or the philanthropy sector.

You speak professional English allowing you to interact daily with international counterparts.
