Responsibilities
- Foster strong, transparent relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Utilize deep understanding of clients' business, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic guidance and impactful solutions.
- Lead development of budgets and forecasts with clients, ensuring efficient spend and accurate billing for media and fees.
- Develop thorough understanding of each client's industry and goals to tailor strategies that drive measurable results.
- Engage with Tinuiti’s internal teams to contribute positively towards client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates on progress and outcomes.
- Address client concerns, resolving issues swiftly and maintaining satisfaction.
- Equip clients with knowledge to discuss strategic directions, reinforcing trust in our expertise.
- Maintain and apply in‑depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices relevant to clients’ businesses.
- Leverage strong knowledge of multiple digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to develop strategic plans tied to business goals.
- 5‑7 years of experience in Client Partner or similar roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they integrate.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, project‑management tools, and research tools such as Pathmatics, Similar Web, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
- Exempt FLSA classification.
