Business Consultant Manufacturing & Supply Chain

As part of the development of the Industry sector team with a focus on manufacturing & supply chain, we are looking to strengthen the team. You will participate in client activities and internal activities supporting the growth of our Industry sector team within Inetum Consulting.

We are looking for people with proven track records in delivering mid‑large scale digital projects linked to manufacturing & supply chain topics. We believe in people we hire, and encourage them to take ownership by giving them the right support, environment and tools to be successful at Inetum.

You will execute and lead project assignments, including data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, business analysis, implementation roadmaps, etc. After the assignment, you will take up team lead roles and contribute actively within the Industry Sector team to support growth, expand our offering in manufacturing and supply chain, and participate in seminars and publications.

• Carrying out projects to improve operational performance
• Assisting the project owner or Program Manager on major digital transformation programmes
• Strategic framing and optimisation of business processes
• Implementation of master plans
• Support for the implementation of information systems

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, gained within a consulting firm focused on Operations Excellence
• Active participation in cross‑functional projects to improve operational excellence
• Experience, skills, and communication abilities that allow managing project teams at key clients
• Ability to propose solutions and assert yourself on high‑value‑added business topics with Industrial and General Management
• Interest in ERP tools, MES solutions, and Industry 4.0 technologies is a differentiating plus
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English, with professional proficiency in Dutch or French for workshops in an international environment
