Business Analyst with German

Job Description

Merkle, a dentsu company, powers the experience economy by driving digital business transformation. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s E‑Banking team to shape next‑generation digital customer experiences.

• Create and review functional concepts for E‑Banking features and related systems
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Collaborate closely with specialists, business stakeholders, and process owners
• Ensure high‑quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing
• Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions
• Contribute to release communication, including newsletters, web content, and internal updates
• Help ensure smooth coordination between business, IT, and operations

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services industry
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience working in projects and cross‑functional teams
• Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative environments
• Basic IT understanding and interest in digital products
• Fluent in German and English

• Knowledge of SQL (basic queries)
• Experience in project management
• Experience working with digital banking or customer portals
