Position Overview
This position is responsible for implementing MRI’s Horizon and Pro Lease Enterprise property management solutions and providing property and lease management consulting services for existing and new clients throughout EMEA. With 2–3 years of business experience, the role enables the successful applicant to develop into a subject matter expert, leading discussions and implementations while running projects from start to finish. The candidate will also train clients on using MRI Horizon and Pro Lease Enterprise, guiding them to apply best practice.
Location& Working Hours
Hybrid working model: 3 days working from home per week. Based in the Cape Town office. The role supports the UK region and requires working UK hours (09:00–18:00 SA time, 10:00–19:00 during daylight saving).
Responsibilities- Familiar with real estate management business processes in the investor or occupier space (or both).
- Work with clients to gather requirements and implement the Horizon and Pro Lease Enterprise software.
- Conduct gap analysis, document client requirements, and translate into Horizon solution design.
- Advise clients on industry best practices regarding property and lease management.
- Create business documentation including training material.
- Assist clients in software configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Manage client and project timelines, risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Plan, develop and deliver remote or face‑to‑face system training programs.
- Follow software implementation strategies and coordinate tasks and resources to successfully implement Horizon services.
- Work with a varied number of clients across different specialised sectors.
- Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths, or Accounting is preferred.
- Experience in business, knowledge of property and lease management principles, and software implementation is advantageous.
- Implementation or use of a property management software is a requirement; familiarity with Horizon or Pro Lease Enterprise is advantageous.
