Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

  • Graduated from Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics or Engineering departments of universities
  • Preferably experienced in similar roles within the Insurance/Finance sector, with strong knowledge of insurance products and processes
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience with similar responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in SAS
  • Preferably familiar with pricing tools such as Radar
  • Confident in English for professional and active use in business processes
  • Able to contribute to the team through analytical skills
  • Proactive and prefers working in a proactive team environment
  • Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in researching and developing existing analytical tools
  • Capable of performing root-cause analyses and deriving actionable insights
  • Possesses an innovative mindset, research-oriented, aiming for continuous improvement, questioning the status quo, and focusing on better solutions
  • A team player with strong communication skills who effectively analyzes problems, follows processes diligently, and acts with determination until results are achieved
  • Must have a valid work permit in Turkey
Areas Where You Will Create Impact
  • Conducting in-depth review analysis of both Commercial & Personal Line portfolios
  • Developing strategic action plans to support profitability, growth, and process simplification
  • Monitoring profitability and performance metrics
  • Managing new product development and revision processes
  • Regular reporting of monitoring and performance indicators

    Supporting business process simplification and optimization efforts
  • Providing strategic and operational support
  • Preparing presentations for Top-Management and AXA Group
  • Sharing strategic insights with various internal functions
