Remote Senior Change Manager for Procurement

Location: Quebec

Drive transformation at one of the leading retail companies as a Senior Change Manager. Lead change management across a multi-release procurement modernization program, working fully remotely from Canada.

This integral role requires a seasoned change management expert with at least five years of experience, particularly in procurement and supplier management. You will oversee organizational change initiatives while coordinating stakeholder engagement, training development, and communication strategies. Your leadership will be essential for achieving high adoption success across global users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead communications production across program releases

• Design training curricula for platform implementations

• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change analysis

• Coordinate enterprise-wide deployment activities

• Drive quality assurance for enablement deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of change management experience

• Hands-on experience with Coupa platform

• Proven track record managing multiple work streams

• Strong proficiency in ADKAR change methodology
