The ideal candidate is proficient in Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile methodologies, and has a strong foundation in continuous improvement practices. You will lead significant process optimization initiatives, working closely with various departments to create efficient and scalable workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple end-to-end process optimization work streams

• Analyze and identify bottlenecks in current-state processes

• Design and implement future-state workflows

• Advocate for continuous improvement across departments

• Collaborate on automation solutions with tech teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in consulting or transformation leadership

• 10+ years in process design

• Preferred experience in asset management or financial services

• Background in business process reengineering

• Agile environment experience
