The role seeks an experienced change management leader to define and implement strategies for managing cumulative change impacts within a complex organizational landscape. You will work with teams to integrate change management mechanisms into existing processes and enable proactive engagement across systems. Significant experience in enterprise transformations and stakeholder management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess current change management across platform initiatives
• Define a comprehensive change strategy addressing cumulative impacts
• Design and implement change assessment mechanisms
• Enable teams to sustain new approaches post-engagement
• Coach leadership on integrating change assessments into planning
Requirements:
• 10–15+ years in enterprise transformation initiatives
• Experience with system-level change management
• Proven track record managing overlapping change impacts
• Familiarity with Prosci or ADKAR frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree required
