Become a key player in Quantum Lead’s operations as a bilingual Internal Operations Coordinator. This remote role demands organization, detail orientation, and a proactive approach to administration and HR tasks.

In this full-time position, you’ll support daily operations, invoicing, bookkeeping, and human resources coordination. With around 5 years of experience, you'll work closely with leadership to maintain organized systems and assist in financial processes. Your contributions will enhance internal procedures and efficient management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative tasks

• Handle client invoices and track expenses systematically

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Improve administrative workflows as company needs grow

Requirements:

• 5+ years in administrative or operations support

• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Familiarity with bookkeeping documentation and tools

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
