We specialize in the sustainable resolution of the most difficult company situations and the implementation of complex transformation processes. We advise companies on fundamental analyses and far-reaching decisions in the strategic, operational, and financial areas and ensure their consistent implementation.

• Assistance in the creation and implementation of turnaround programs and restructuring concepts
• Independent processing of sub-areas within an extensive turnaround project
• Support in business model analysis and strategic repositioning of the client
• Creation and plausibility check of integrated company plans and short-term liquidity calculations
• Active support of the client in identifying and implementing performance and financial measures
• Guidance and support of professional starters, work students, and interns

• First professional experience in turnaround or corporate consulting
• Very good academic qualification with a focus on business administration, business engineering, business informatics, or law
• Relevant practical experience with very good performance
• Proven English skills through foreign experience
• High analytical skills, motivation, and willingness to commit
• Confident professional appearance and team capability
