Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you will provide seamless administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. You will play a critical role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members.
  • Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests directed by advisors; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the annual business planning process and help develop strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for indications of additional service needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
  • Apply strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology; proficiency with Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software.
  • Work independently under the direction of advisors while collaborating within a large support network.
