Your ResponsibilitiesIn our regulatory unit in risk management (NFR LOD
1), you will be responsible for overseeing outsourcing processes and regulatory adjustments. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (in particular MaRisk AT 8 and AT 9 as well as EBA Outsourcing Guidelines) in the day-to-day business and continuously develop governance, control, and process standards. As a central interface, you will coordinate local and international stakeholders and ensure transparency in the sustainable implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Responsibility for implementation, control, and further development of outsourcing management including control and monitoring processes (MaRisk AT
9) - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for outsourcing and adjustment processes based on MaRisk AT 8 & AT 9 as well as the international group policies of the Ayvens Group
- Coordination, review, and further development of risk analyses as well as control of outsourcing risks and implementation of measures
- Outsourcing monitoring including reporting to the group, management, and internal/external audit
- Ensuring complete and current documentation of all outsourcings and consulting departments on regulatory requirements
- Analysis of business processes as well as derivation and implementation of measures to ensure compliance and process quality
- Independently taking over projects for the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Completed master's degree in economics, law, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in outsourcing management, risk management, compliance, or a comparable regulatory environment
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (in particular MaRisk AT 8 and AT 9, EBA Guidelines)
- Proven analytical thinking as well as a high understanding of processes and governance structures
- Experience in dealing with audits by internal/external audit or supervisory authorities is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confident appearance towards different stakeholders
- Structured and independent working method
- Negotiating skills, English language proficiency required
