Overview
Step into a highly visible leadership role where you will shape learning strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and help global teams adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. The Manager, CPMO Learning Solutions leads the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable training programs, learning content, and technical documentation that support enterprise transformation initiatives. This hands‑on leadership role partners with business stakeholders, the PMO, IT teams, and subject matter experts to translate complex business and system changes into practical learning solutions that drive adoption and build long‑term capability.
Responsibilities- Set the Learning Strategy:
Develop and execute scalable learning and documentation strategies that support enterprise transformation, global deployment readiness, adoption, and sustained performance. - Lead Learning Solutions:
Oversee and, at times, perform the design, development, delivery, and improvement of training programs, learning content, job aids, and technical documentation that help employees apply new processes and systems. - Lead High‑Performing Teams:
Lead trainers, instructional designers, technical writers, content developers, contractors, and external partners. Manage resources, tools, platforms, and project execution to deliver high‑quality work on time. - Drive Transformation Enablement:
Partner with business stakeholders, the PMO, IT teams, and SMEs to identify learning needs, align priorities, and turn complex process and system changes into practical solutions. - Develop Talent:
Coach team members through performance management, goal setting, and professional development planning to build a strong, engaged, and future‑ready team. - Measure and Improve Effectiveness:
Use feedback, metrics, lessons learned, and stakeholder input to improve learning content, delivery methods, team processes, and adoption outcomes.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in training, education, business, or a related field required; relevant equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Experience:
5–7 years of experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, technical documentation, or a related field, including people management experience. Experience supporting global rollouts, software implementations, enterprise system implementations, or manufacturing environments is preferred. - Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach talent, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. - Skills:
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with global teams. - Systems:
Experience using Microsoft 365, screen capture and recording tools such as Snagit or Camtasia, learning development tools, and content production technologies. Familiarity with ERP systems, Oracle, and AI tools is a strong plus.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000–$125,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, market conditions, and business considerations.
