Senior Product Manager

Our client, an innovative Insure Tech technology provider specializing in compliance and insurance product management, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be part of the strategic leadership supporting the product development and market expansion initiatives. • Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
• Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 + Bonus

• Lead the in-market product strategy, roadmap, and feature set to drive growth in the North American insurance market.
• Develop and execute an overarching vision for the product, aligning with market needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Work closely with product development teams to prioritize features, review deliverables, and ensure product quality.
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry events to promote the product and gather valuable market insights.

• Prior product management experience within an Insure Tech provider or property & casualty insurance carrier.
• Strong understanding of compliance-focused insurance processes and regulatory impacts.
• Technical proficiency with insurance software, compliance management tools, and document management systems.
• More than five years of relevant professional experience, including experience in both service delivery and product management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
