AI Co-Founder / CTO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Join EWOR to apply for the AI Co-Founder / CTO (100 % remote) (m/f/d) role. We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups.

We are serial entrepreneurs, e.g., Paul Müller (founder Adjust, €1.2 B exit) and Petter Made (founder Sum Up, €8 B), eager to support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs to build €1 B+ companies.

• A salary while you build your startup, or up to €500 k in funding.
• 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders on a weekly basis.
• Access to the top 0.1 % of founders, peers and investors.
• Team building support through our network of over 50 000 professionals.
• Help in reaching product‑market‑fit and building a sales‑force/marketing machine.
• Funding support to secure a multi‑million‑euro round within 12 months (average EWOR Fellows raise > €2 M after our Grand Pitch).

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AI.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support from our network of over 50 000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Get intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product until reaching product‑market‑fit and build a sales force or marketing engine.

• You are based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
• You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100 M+ in revenues.
• You have excellent communication skills in English.
