We are currently building a team of experienced CFPs to provide personalized retirement planning advice for a fee to clients nationwide. Your role involves interacting with our database of current and past clients to enhance and broaden our financial planning relationships. You would be tasked with reaching out to this database to sell our financial planning services for a fee. We have a successful and proven marketing program that brings hundreds of qualified clients in the door every month - asking to talk to one of our advisors.

You will specialize in working with individuals interested in tax planning and retirement planning. They choose to work with us because we don’t have anything to sell; just good old fashioned advice.

Our marketing approach is highly specialized, backed by proprietary processes and software to maximize client assets and tax savings. As part of our team, you will act as a 'pure' fiduciary, working from home on a flexible schedule with the potential of a healthy six-figure income through a generous base salary plus incentives and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a team with our existing advisors to deepen existing client relationships.
  • Work with our database of unassigned clients.
  • Effectively communicate with existing clients using different methods, such as phone, email, text, video meetings.
  • Take pre-scheduled meetings via zoom and phone calls daily.
  • Establish a professional frame in the beginning of each call.
  • Figure out if the root of their challenges can be solved through our programs.
  • Meet with pre-scheduled prospects from our marketing efforts.
  • Educate each client on our philosophy related to solving their problems.
  • Explain how our programs solve their problems.
  • Set proper expectations for services we provide.
  • Handle objections.
  • Schedule follow up meetings with clients who are still interested but haven’t made a decision.
  • Send relevant materials to prospects and clients to continue educating them on our services.
  • Communicate with prospects between meetings to ensure high show up rates.
  • Provide feedback to Director of Financial Planning and Operations.
  • Prospect for new clients using our CRM & call software.
  • Maintain Monthly Key Performance Indicators.
  • Follow and maintain all admin related processes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings & KPI reviews.
