We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, compliance, and system support. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in end-to-end payroll operations, possess a strong understanding of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.), and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for [monthly/bi-weekly/weekly] cycles.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Maintain payroll records, process off-cycle payments, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate employee data and system integration.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
• Support payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Generate reports and analytics for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large scale organization.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Experience using payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or UKG Pro.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
