This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping the future of a healthcare provider platform and expanding innovative provider-facing solutions. You will define and drive the long-term product vision, ensuring the platform evolves to better support physicians in managing workflows, communications, and engagement with patients. In parallel, you will lead the development of new monetization opportunities, including advertising and network-based products designed for healthcare and life sciences ecosystems.

The role requires strong cross‑functional leadership, working closely with engineering, design, commercial, data, and clinical teams to bring complex products from concept to market. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, growth, and monetization, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making. This is an opportunity to shape meaningful healthcare technology used at scale in a fast‑evolving digital health environment.

Accountabilities
  • Define and own the long‑term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for provider-focused mobile and platform solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve provider engagement, retention, and overall product usage through continuous discovery and research.
  • Lead the design and development of new monetization models, including advertising, audience, and network-based product offerings.
  • Build business cases for new initiatives, validate market opportunities, and support the launch of revenue-generating products.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to guide product execution from discovery through delivery and optimization.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, clinical, data, and executive stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Define success metrics and continuously measure product performance across adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or platform-based environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling mobile or digital products with strong user experience focus.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or life sciences industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in product discovery, customer research, and translating insights into product strategy.
  • Experience with monetization models such as advertising, media, audience platforms, or revenue‑generating ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track product metrics and build business cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams through complex, multi‑stage product initiatives.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and turning opportunities into structured roadmaps.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity is an asset.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work with flexibility and home office support.
  • Competitive total compensation package with performance-based incentives.
  • Flexible paid time off plus company holidays.
  • Monthly allowances for internet, phone, and wellness expenses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and additional insurance coverage (including pets in some plans).
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs.
  • Professional development support, including education and certification reimbursement.
  • Inclusive work environment with Employee Resource Group opportunities.
  • Strong focus on employee well-being, engagement, and career growth.
