Supervisor – Pest ControlYou’ll lead and support a team of Service Technicians across Southwest Missouri, Northeast Oklahoma, and Northwest Arkansas. Some days you’ll work from home handling planning, reporting, and team communication; other days you’ll be in the field traveling to your technicians to coach, train, and support them where the work happens. We’re ideally looking for someone based in or near the territory, such as Springfield, MO, Kansas, OK, or Mountain Home, AR.

Base + Bonus: estimated $55,000 to $60,000 per year

The Role
The Service Supervisor manages the daily operations of a pest control technician team. The ideal candidate is energetic, results‑driven, and excited to lead a team built on quality, development, and growth. We train you on the technical side, so no pest control experience is required. Just bring a passion for leading and inspiring a team.
What You’ll Do- Monitor and manage a service team
- Participate in and lead the growth of the area
- Define sales goals and oversee results
- Participate in and lead setups of large accounts
- Promote quality by holding yourself and your technicians to standards
- Identify the need for pest control technique training
- Troubleshoot and work with technicians to improve service
- Provide onboarding and continuous training for technicians
- Coach and counsel technicians
- Build and manage relationships with key customers
- Promote a safety culture by following OSHA, state requirements, and Plunkett's policies and procedures
- Review and analyze reports to optimize routes and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate area costs, including labor, materials, supplies, and vehicles
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong organization and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English and communicate clearly with clients and employees
- Exceptional client service skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency with computers and mobile devices
- Ability to work extended hours and some weekends
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass state pest control licensing exams
- Physical capability assessment, favorable drug test, and acceptable background record
- Previous pest control industry experience
- Experience working with minimum supervision, including problem solving and detailed recordkeeping
- Six months in route management, route sales, customer service, sales, or account management
- Communicates by phone, in person, text, and email
- Lift, push, or pull 25 to 50 lbs regularly; some routes may occasionally require up to 100 lbs
- Extensive bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching overhead, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and walking or sitting for long periods
- Uses application equipment (spray guns, bottles, hoses), inspection equipment, and small hand tools
- Tolerates varied conditions, both indoors and outdoors, in seasonal weather and damp or dusty locations
