Branch Office Administrator (BOA)

As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. Your role includes supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Listen actively for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal client support team members to maintain strong relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
