Impact You’ll Make

Shape and drive strategy to execution across a high‑impact division. Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, resources, and outcomes, ensuring the business moves forward with clarity. Act as a key architect of operational excellence, influence decisions, strengthen planning processes, and navigate change. Elevate cross‑functional teamwork across product, operations, and member‑facing functions to deliver meaningful results for members and the organization.

and Travel

Residency required in WA, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. Washington state residents within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila must be onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays. All other eligible locations are remote. Remote or onsite, full engagement and inclusion are ensured.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives
    :
    Partner with senior leaders to bring divisional strategies to life.
  • Act as a Thought Partner
    :
    Provide internal consulting to leaders and teams.
  • Lead Process Improvement
    :
    Identify opportunities and lead implementation of solutions.
  • Strengthen Planning & Cadence
    :
    Design and lead scalable planning processes from quarterly to ongoing rhythms.
  • Guide Cross‑Functional Teams
    :
    Collaborate across product, operations, marketing, and more.
  • Support Leadership Forums
    :
    Plan and facilitate leadership meetings, business reviews, and recognition programs.
  • Elevate Division Communication
    :
    Design and maintain communication strategies.
  • Create Executive‑Level Content
    :
    Develop high‑impact presentations, reports, and updates.
  • Support Risk Management
    :
    Coordinate operational risk activities, including business continuity and data governance.
  • Ensure Compliance
    :
    Uphold policies and regulations, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Enable Strategic Planning & Budgeting
    :
    Support end‑to‑end planning and translation of strategy into actionable plans.
  • Represent the Division
    :
    Participate in cross‑functional committees and working groups.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of people leadership in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

  • Experience supporting business planning, strategy execution, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment.
  • Preferred experience with cross‑functional teams in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to support change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.
  • Experience developing process documentation and improving workflows.
