Our client, a leading organization in the mining industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grant Writing Project Manager to join their team on a Part time basis. As a Grant Writing Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project management team supporting the grant submission process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Grant Writing Project Manager

Location: Remote , Part time

Pay Range: $55.00/ hour - $60.00/hour

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and oversee the grant project lifecycle from proposal development to submission.
  • Collaborate with third-party government contract specialists to ensure all grant components are accurate and complete.
  • Manage timelines, documentation, and communication to ensure timely grant submissions.
  • Assist in reviewing and editing grant proposals to meet organizational standards and funding criteria.
  • Maintain organized records of all grant activities and correspondence for future reference and reporting.

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience in grant writing and project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and coordinating with external partners.
  • Experience with Net Suite
