Job Description & How to Apply Below

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations Strategy based in United States.

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling, mission-driven organization focused on transforming how complex care operations are designed and delivered. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that shape strategy and translate it into executable operational systems. Acting as a bridge between executive vision and day-to-day execution, you will drive decisions that influence clinical operations, revenue performance, and scalable growth.

The environment is highly collaborative, analytical, and fast-moving, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with senior leaders to structure ambiguity into clear plans and measurable outcomes. This is a fully remote position with broad exposure across the business and meaningful organizational impact.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own and drive end-to-end strategic initiatives that shape operational effectiveness and long-term scalability. You will be responsible for turning high-level business priorities into structured execution plans while ensuring alignment across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and results measurement
  • Translating executive priorities into clear operational frameworks, workflows, and implementation roadmaps
  • Facilitating alignment across Clinical, Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure coordinated execution
  • Building financial models, business cases, and analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making
  • Identifying operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and proposing scalable solutions before issues emerge
  • Partnering with data teams to define performance metrics and dashboards that track business and operational outcomes
  • Continuously improving processes by identifying automation opportunities and long-term structural enhancements
Requirements

This position requires strong analytical, strategic, and executional capabilities, combined with the ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate brings both consulting-level rigor and operational experience in scaling organizations. Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or similar analytical roles
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or high-growth startup environments strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from design through execution
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience building financial models, business cases, or performance metrics frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex ideas
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work streams simultaneously
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and limited structure
  • Passion for improving access to pediatric mental health care and mission-driven impact work
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $135,000–$155,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with employer match and health coverage starting on day one
  • Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, and paid service days
  • Four-week paid sabbatical and 12-week paid parental leave
  • Fully remote work environment with occasional in-person team retreats
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven work with real-world impact
  • Collaboration with experienced, high-performing teams focused on healthcare innovation and access.
