Enterprise Operations Manager
As an Enterprise Operations Manager at Deel, you will be the single operational point of contact for our most strategic enterprise clients. You own the end‑to‑end operational health of your accounts, from onboarding through steady‑state, driving cross‑functional execution, multi‑country coordination, and resolving the most complex operational challenges. This high‑ownership, high‑visibility role partners closely with Account Executives, OBMs, Product, Payroll, and senior leadership to deliver a world‑class operational experience to Deel’s most important customers.
Responsibilities- Be the behind‑the‑scenes orchestrator for end‑to‑end operational and service delivery for your clients
- Own the operational health of a portfolio of Strategic Enterprise accounts
- Lead E2E account ownership: build project plans, map stakeholders, and set up RAID logs and task boards
- Monitor onboarding execution across multi‑country implementation programs
- Run steering committee meetings and functional area calls (Payroll, Integrations, Benefits)
- Conduct client product reviews, process RCAs, and define prevention actions
- Monitor SLA compliance and flag breaches immediately
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Legal, Tech)
- Maintain RAID logs, SOPs, client profiles, and handover documentation at all times
- Conduct daily UI audits and flag product issues proactively
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise operations, client success, implementation, or global payroll
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects across multiple geographies
- Strong operational rigour: you live by documentation, process, and structured communication
- Experience running executive and cross‑functional meetings
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritise ruthlessly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Experience at a global payroll, HCM, or HR tech company (Workday, ADP, Rippling, Papaya, etc.)
- Familiarity with EOR, contractor management, or multi‑country compliance
- Knowledge of payroll cycle management, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
