The RoleAs a Consultant in our Quality Practice
, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, Med Tech, and Consumer products. Our team is growing rapidly. As a Consultant, you will own business process, change management, and/or program management work streams of transformational programs spanning software, AI agent, and business process redesign.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project work streams from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
- Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
- Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
- Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation
- Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain
- Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

- Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
