Publicis Live Paris is the event communication consultancy agency of the Publicis Group in France. With more than 100 events per year (seminars, conventions, trade shows, AGMs, roadshows, exhibitions, experiential marketing, etc.), the agency supports the largest brands and institutions in their event communication strategy, corporate, institutional or public.

To strengthen our CSR department, we are looking for a CSR Project Manager in an internship.

Reporting to the CSR Manager of the agency, your main tasks will be:

• Accompany Viva Technology in its approach and follow the CSR management tools.
• Accompany our clients towards more sustainable events.
• Contribute to evaluating the responsible initiatives of our events on a daily basis.
• Raise awareness of the CSR issues within the agency's ecosystem.
• Accompany the CSR manager in the implementation and animation of the ISO 20121 standard.
• Participate in developing CSR communication – disseminating the CSR policy to stakeholders and internal and external parties.

Internally: employees, managers, new arrivals.

• Organization of meetings dedicated to CSR, implementation of training, use of agency tools.

Within the group: other agencies, CSR ambassadors.

• Participation in bimonthly meetings, regular exchanges and sharing of best practices between entities.

Within the external ecosystem: clients, suppliers, participants, local authorities.

• Establishing regular exchanges, integrating CSR into commercial proposals, publications on social networks, participation in fairs, communication around CSR reports, creation of CSR communication materials.

With an objective to grow your knowledge and curiosity on ecology, sustainable development, and responsible event management and to train you in the CSR manager profession.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in sustainable development or communication.
• Qualities sought: autonomy and curiosity, initiative and proactivity, analytical, organizational, synthesis and argumentation skills.
• Competence:
  Mastery of written French and Office pack required, mastery of English would be an asset.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Duration: one-year internship starting in September 2026

Remuneration: according to profile + reimbursement of transport pass at 50% + access to company restaurant + 2 days of remote work + access to company health insurance.

Workplace: 145 rue de Courcelles, Paris
