Business Process Analyst
Our client, a leader in the healthcare and laboratory services industry, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be part of the Business Operations supporting process improvement and project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in data analysis, process improvement, workflow documentation, inventory management, supply chain, laboratory operations, or pharmaceutical/biotech environments. The team is looking for someone who can analyze business processes, identify gaps, map workflows, and recommend operational improvements.
Lead single-workstream consulting projects and assist with onsite project management. Utilize current tools to analyze customer processes and develop future state recommendations. Support analysis of customer inventory spend and usage histories to recommend managed inventory strategies. Develop inventory management solutions based on data gathered during customer interactions and onsite opportunities. Partner with colleagues on projects to foster relationships and drive organizational growth.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Experience with data analysis, process mapping, workflow documentation, or continuous improvement initiatives. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, manufacturing, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred.
