Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for high‑value client groups, delivering exceptional service to clients and financial advisors.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
• Proactively resolve payroll issues, conduct detailed audits, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless, white‑glove service.
• Navigate various billing cycles and file formats with strong learning agility.
• Research appropriate solutions for internal and external customers, remaining passionately curious.
• Assist clients with a variety of complex transactions, ensuring an industry‑leading customer service experience.
• Analyze large volumes of data with extreme attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality.
• Meet production and quality goals by processing transactions timely and accurately.
• Communicate with different Corebridge Financial departments to ensure information is processed accurately.
• Set up and work from a home office with minimal frustration and supervision; tools and equipment are provided.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work successfully in a structured, fast‑paced team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong professional typing skills and advanced Excel skills (sorting, filters, formatting).
• Ability to learn new software applications, experiment with digital tools, use dual monitors, and conduct analytical research.

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Amarillo, TX office, providing the benefits of both on‑site and remote work.
