For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations Lead Mail to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $211,000 – $360,000 annually
Responsibilities- Own and evolve the operating cadence to maximize focus and speed
- Build real-time visibility systems for leadership regarding business health
- Embed AI tools into workflows to enhance output and decision‑making
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for faster decisions
- Lead high-priority cross‑functional initiatives from scoping to delivery
- Align teams around priorities, resourcing, and execution
- Drive strategic projects aimed at business growth and operational efficiency
- 8-12 years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or high‑growth tech
- Track record of running operating cadences (OKRs, reviews, planning)
- Experience embedding AI into workflows and managing adoption
- Strong PMO and cross-functional leadership skills
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complex insights
- Highly analytical and comfortable with performance frameworks
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure without slowing pace
- High ownership and accountability with a focus on business best interests
