Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling for Professional Services customer engagements

• Facilitate onboarding and Technical Kick Off Calls with clients

• Monitor purchase orders and invoice reconciliation processes

• Maintain PSO calendars for resource visibility

• Manage risks and escalate issues to stakeholders proactively

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years in coordination or project support

• Experience in customer-facing roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools
