Senior Business Analyst (Documentation - M&A Integration)
The Senior Business Analyst (Documentation - M&A Integration) owns the operational and technical blueprint for integrating VIP Petcare's mobile preventive veterinary care services across the Tractor Supply retail footprint. This specialized role acts as the principal documentation architect, standardizing the technology, workflows, and compliance frameworks required to transition mobile veterinary provider systems fully into the Tractor Supply corporate infrastructure. The analyst will capture, map, and formalize technical data flows, corporate compliance protocols, and omnichannel retail processes to create a unified ecosystem spanning veterinary services, digital pharmacy, and specialty retail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Historical Data Scrubbing:
Review, analyze, and synthesize all legacy VIP Petcare due diligence documentation, discovery files, and corporate project archives to isolate critical technical gaps and business rules. - Meeting Note Consolidation:
Extract, catalog, and validate technical decisions, action items, and cross-functional requirements hidden within historical integration meeting notes, steering committee transcripts, and workshop summaries. - Master Scope Definition:
Author the foundational Master Integration Scope Document, transforming disparate discovery inputs into a single, definitive boundary map for the entire post-acquisition phase. - Enterprise Requirements Consolidation:
Translate raw technical debts, operational notes, and engineering discussions into formal Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) for internal IT teams. - Master Data & Mapping Architecture:
Build a unified master data plan that charts exactly how legacy veterinary records, patient histories, inventory codes, and clinic tracking IDs integrate into Tractor Supply systems. - Source-of-Truth Governance:
Establish and maintain a single source of truth within Atlassian Confluence, organizing historical and newly synthesized documentation into a clean, audit-ready hierarchy for executive and technical stakeholders.
