QAD Inc. is seeking a full-time FTZ Support Team Lead for a remote position. In this role, you will manage complex compliance issues and mentor Tier 1 support agents. You’ll act as a liaison between product management and engineering while ensuring customs compliance in FTZ operations.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in FTZ operations, preferably with QAD FTZ software, and strong leadership skills.
