Overview
This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers by providing real‑time and offline image/video data auditing services. They support Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams and help maintain inventory accuracy at the fulfillment centers.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate, you will watch stowing action videos at a fulfillment center, use human judgment combined with available tools to identify the activity captured in each video, and mark product location accurately. You will conduct high‑accuracy, high‑speed video/image audits to aid defect reduction and maintain stow quality. Associates may work from home and are required to keep a dedicated workspace with proper lighting, and work‑related data must not be accessed by anyone else.

- Willingness to work in a non‑tech role for a 6‑month contract
- Ability to audit image / video / text based jobs
- Ability to identify details in blurry or less sharp videos and provide correct responses; requires high attention to detail and focus on screen
- Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity
- Fast pace of implementation & consistent performance
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights), remote teams and be a good team player
- Readiness to come to office for a few days when required (applicable for associates working from home)
- Willingness to enable laptop camera while on virtual meetings
Associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts. Shifts are typically 9 hours, including pre‑scheduled breaks, and are subject to change every 3–4 months or as per business requirement. Night shift workers receive a night shift allowance per Amazon’s work policy. Weekly offs are two consecutive days off, forming a 5‑day work week; the days off are not necessarily Saturday and Sunday.
Aboutthe Team
The Data Auditing Operations team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities, enabling hands‑free active stowing through visual audits on short videos (15–20 seconds). These videos are sent to the Operations Team for thorough review and auditing with best human judgment. The accuracy of the automated process improves through these human auditor insights, helping maintain stow quality at fulfillment centers.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
