Senior Business Process Manager
Join us as a Senior Business Process Manager in our Product & Regulatory Compliance team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
To strengthen our Product & Regulatory Compliance team, we are looking for a Senior Business Process Manager to own and evolve our Product Compliance Management System (PCMS) across our EU and US markets.
What You Will Do- Own and continuously develop MOIA's business processes that form our Product Compliance Management System (PCMS) across EU and US markets
- Assist in the mapping, analysis, and documentation of compliance processes, internal policies, and control mechanisms in close collaboration with the business units aligned with:
- EU frameworks (e.g. UNECE regulations, EU type approval)
- US frameworks (e.g. NHTSA regulations, EPA regulations, state-level regulations)
- International standards defining the state of the art.
- Internal standards, OEM partner requirements, customer commitments as well as voluntary commitments
- Model and visualize compliance-relevant processes (e.g., using BPMN) and systematically refine existing workflows
- Contribute to the identification of optimization potential and the creation of more transparent processes
- Support internal and external audits of development processes and regulatory requirements
- Actively participating in digitalization and software projects, particularly during the implementation of new systems
- Several years of experience in automotive regulatory compliance or product compliance in a highly regulated industry, with strong interest in autonomous mobility.
- Extensive experience in business process modeling with respective tool support, e.g., Signavio
- Ability to read, interpret, and operationalize regulatory standards and technical specifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence in making clear and firm governance decisions
- Proven ability to balance regulatory rigor with pragmatic, scalable engineering and management processes
- Business fluent German and English skills
