You'll work at the intersection of research, storytelling, and industry leadership, turning provider perspectives and market data into trusted insights used by healthcare executives.

What You'll Do

  • Transform qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, structured deliverables such as strategic reports, deep-dive analyses, frameworks, and market overviews.

  • Present key findings to healthcare leaders, guiding conversations around market dynamics, strategy, and industry change.
  • Represent KLAS externally. Contribute to webinars, conferences, and industry discussions as a visible thought leader.
  • Mentor Senior Analysts by helping them develop stronger synthesis, writing, and narrative-building skills.
  • Partner with Group Directors to refine research roadmaps and strengthen the insight narrative within your market domain.
  • Work closely with Engagement, Sales, Marketing, and Content Support to ensure KLAS insights are clearly communicated and widely impactful.
  • Stay close to the provider voice. Participate in provider research conversations and ongoing market analysis to deepen your understanding of healthcare challenges and opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft compelling executive-level narratives
  • Strong analytical synthesis and editorial judgment
  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare research, consulting, advisory, or a related field
  • Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders or producing externally facing thought leadership
  • Deep subject-matter expertise within healthcare markets, ideally within provider or health IT ecosystems
  • A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health Policy, Business Strategy, Communications, or a related field
  • An advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MHA) is preferred but not required
