Elevate stakeholder experiences in a hybrid environment with RECO as an Advisor for Stakeholder Relations. Develop engagement initiatives and build essential relationships with registrants and industry partners.
As the Advisor reporting to the Lead, you’ll coordinate and deliver crucial stakeholder engagement efforts. Your expertise will inform regulatory priorities and identify emerging issues within the sector, strengthening the overall awareness of RECO's mission. This role meticulously balances analysis and relationship-building to achieve engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead stakeholder engagement activities and forums
• Serve as a primary contact for regulatory guidance and issues
• Draft stakeholder assets, including articles and newsletters
• Analyze feedback and industry trends to inform decisions
• Collaborate across teams on stakeholder projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years in stakeholder relations or related area
• Proven experience in engagement planning and analysis
• Background with industry associations and public-sector stakeholders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Your role will directly influence how RECO engages with stakeholders and addresses sector needs.
