Applicants with a strong commitment to excellence, desire to learn and superior client service skills need only apply. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands and is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.

• Interact with local businesses within the territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and the services and products provided.
• Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, samples, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
• Create local and corporate partnerships alongside the supervisor.
• Manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop marketing and creative, strategic thinking and apply it to outreach efforts.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client needs are met and clients are treated professionally.
• Build good relationships and understand and meet the needs of all clients.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Multi-task: balance cleaning beds, handling new client arrivals, and maintaining salon operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

• Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hands-on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.
• Strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and desire to learn.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.

• Full-time position:
  Hybrid scheduling includes 20 hours marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.
• In salon, the Wellness Consultant will make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services that are also promoted in the field.
