Smart1 Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Remote Pilot Operator (RPO - EnRoute) to join our Controller Training Solutions team, partnering with SAIC at the Jacksonville ARTCC to support FAA air traffic controller training.
The RPO operates a simulated radar display and voice system to mirror pilot actions and remote ATC communications during medium- and high-fidelity exercises, inputs entries from students, applies ATC terminology, and responds with proper phraseology to guide learning.
