Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Pay Rate: Approximately $35-$40/hr on W2

Schedule:

Remote Monday and Friday

Onsite Tuesday through Thursday

Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Manager to support residential clean heat and beneficial electrification programs. This role will assist with product support, program coordination, customer communications, marketing activities, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support clean heat product strategy under senior product leadership
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into program rules
• Write and update program applications and supporting collateral
• Support marketing campaigns and customer messaging
• Coordinate with marketing communications teams to ensure message consistency
• Support KPI tracking and reporting activities
• Assist with data-driven decision making
• Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the product lifecycle
• Work with marketing, policy, and regulatory teams to support program implementation
• Update customer-facing materials and documentation
• Coordinate across teams to ensure programs are implemented correctly

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in business, marketing, product support, or program support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Business analytics experience
• Residential HVAC exposure
• Experience with residential insulation and air sealing services
• Experience with weatherization offerings
• Standard business hours
• Collaborative and supportive team environment
