What you’ll get
  • Opportunity at real impact – you contribute to communications that reach thousands of colleagues
  • Global exposure – work with teams across regions, departments, and cultures
  • Hands‑on experience – from strategy and planning to content creation and reporting

Your new team and workplace

During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcome fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.

Our Change & Communications team sits at the heart of how we bring the HBS transformation to life. In a fast‑moving and complex international environment, this means working closely with a wide range of stakeholders and helping them understand what’s changing, why it matters, and what it means for them. From day one, you’ll be part of that journey. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines – you’ll contribute to real projects, collaborate with teams across the business, and experience what communications looks like in a dynamic, people‑first environment.
