• Implementation of new customers and selected growths of existing customers (mergers, additional businesses, etc.), as well as transition to regular operations
• Implementation of customers leaving our service (clarification of the process with the customer, blocking of corresponding accesses, account clarification, final settlement)
• Central interface to all specialist departments (especially customer service and sales) during the implementation phase until handover to customer service
• Responsibility for data management (analysis and maintenance), tank contracts, advance payment as well as establishment and maintenance of corresponding customer parameters
• Building customer relationships during the implementation and initial support phase as well as placing additional services
• Development and establishment of standard processes and workflows (e.g. checklist) including identification and elimination of process disruptions

• You have a successfully completed commercial education or a corresponding degree
• Fluent German with impeccable spelling
• You already have initial professional experience, ideally in the automotive sector
• You are open to the use of AI, automation tools, and digital innovations, among other things, to make processes more efficient
• You have an analytical and conceptual way of thinking and can present complex issues in an understandable manner
• You have an independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
