In our customer support department at our Hamburg location (presence required), you will support your future team, among other things, by:
- Being the central contact person for customers in procedural and strategic questions
- Analyzing existing processes and developing optimization potentials together with customers and internal departments
- Supporting and developing customer relationships in collaboration with key account management
- Coordinating and managing operational issues as well as acting as an interface between customer and internal competence areas
- Presenting and implementing new processes, services, and solutions for the customer
- Conducting regular coordination meetings and management reviews
- Managing escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
What You Bring To Us
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in customer support, account management, or a comparable service-oriented function
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Communication skills and confident appearance at different hierarchy levels
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment in optimizing processes
- Independent, structured working method and organizational skills
- Team spirit, flexibility, and solution orientation
