The Director, Entrepreneur Experience is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Bentonville, AR, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing and managing the overall experience of Endeavor Heartland entrepreneurs in AR, from initial engagement through ongoing selection and support. They are also responsible for running the accelerator program (Endeavor Heartland Scaleup) with two cohorts annually.

Day‑to‑day work includes overseeing selection, coordinating mentorship sessions, and curating programs, events, and workshops that address founders’ most critical growth challenges. The Director collaborates closely with global and regional Endeavor teams, local partners, and mentors to build a vibrant ecosystem and ensure entrepreneurs have access to high‑value resources and connections. The role also involves gathering feedback, tracking outcomes, and refining initiatives to continuously improve the entrepreneur journey, while representing Endeavor Heartland at ecosystem events and engaging stakeholders across the region.

• Experience in entrepreneur support, startup ecosystems, or innovation communities, with the ability to build strong relationships with founders and stakeholders.
• Skills in program design and management, including planning events, workshops, and mentorship initiatives that deliver measurable value to entrepreneurs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings, present to diverse audiences, and synthesize complex information clearly.
• Strategic and analytical capabilities, including using data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and refine the entrepreneur experience.
• Collaborative leadership style, with experience working across teams, partnering with external organizations, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
