For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Serve as the first point of contact for client intake, ensuring accurate and timely collection of information

* Assess project justification, risk analysis and other business factors to effectively prioritize development requests across capabilities

* Manage applicable funding pools, prioritize features, and ensure appropriate development teams are assigned

* Coordinate and manage scheduling for the capability roadmap, aligning priorities and deliverables across internal teams, clients, and external partners

* Maintain timely assessment and analysis of new intake submissions

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with project timelines and resource availability

* Track and monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools

* Proactively identify and mitigate scheduling constraints and potential bottlenecks to support successful roadmap delivery

* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, commitments, and project updates

* Generate reports and provide insights to support operational planning and decision-making

* Continuously improving intake and scheduling processes through feedback and data analysis

* Develop actionable insights through reporting and data analysis to support operational decision-making and enhance intake and roadmap planning processes

Required Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in intake coordination, scheduling, and/or project coordination roles Preferably with a focus on reviewing and evaluating incoming requests

* Experience gathering requirements, setting expectations with cross functional partners, and acting as the main point of contact for project requestors

* Experience working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

* Experience with productivity and planning tools:

* Familiarity with Aha!

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Proven ability to assess and categorize requests against an established product or business roadmap

* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to manage and prioritize roadmap plans, incorporate new requests, and communicate concerns or risks early to support timely resolution

* Demonstrated ability to work independently, leveraging solid time management and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities and consistently delivering results

* Proven solid capacity to prioritize multiple requests and negotiate timelines based on organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications:

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

* Experience in healthcare and/or PBM/Optum Rx Operations

* Experience with capability management processes, functionality, and system navigation

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
