Dexian is seeking a Sales Compliance Analyst / Medicare Compliance Analyst to support the SDAP program remotely. The role involves end‑to‑end SDAC administration, ensuring agent and agency compliance with CMS and organizational policies, and coordinating activities across Sales, Compliance and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Medicare Advantage, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a matrixed environment.
