Overview

Part‑time Research / Executive Assistant at a boutique Internet Marketing Agency.
Location: South Bay / Torrance, California (remote work occasionally from home, but must be local).
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week, flexible.
Salary: $30 per hour.

Part‑time.

• Assist the non‑native English speaking executive with business emails.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, including vendor contacts and quote procurement.
• Conduct market research to support RFPs and client communications.
• Research marketing and online advertising methods.
• Provide project management assistance and coordination.
• Procure and manage contract technical/creative workers.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational details and general administrative support.

• Graduate or research student with an engineering or technical mindset, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong computer and Internet proficiency; self‑starter who can learn new software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; native‑level fluency mandatory.
• Attention to detail, self‑motivated, organized, and accountable.
• Positive, professional attitude with sense of humor.
• Desire to work with a long‑term, stable role.

• Existing experience in research, writing, or executive assistance.
• Japanese language skills.
